Technically it isn't science fiction, but it follows the space theme, and is a good example of space and planet art.     "The musician, a former baseball player and contemporary gospel performer, wished to represent the form of the United States glowing more brightly than the rest of the world, demonstrating that the US is a light to the world. It kind of ruins an otherwise beautiful earth rendering. Also, I'm pretty sure I disagree with the implications." — Jon Fraze
