"Photo-illustration, for purposes of this Web site, are illustrations which are basically photographic in nature, but are not simple photographs. These have been altered or composited together in some way to create a unique illustration starting from photographic reference. They differ from my digital illustration in that they are intended to look like photography, not like illustration.
