The story by David Kopf took the position that the FCC needed to provide stricter regulation guidelines over Internet services. In this light, the FCC's policy is represented by a visual reference to the 'Hear No Evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil' monkeys.    Tight production schedules required me to use Photoshop effects to 'finish' my fairly rough watercolor sketch of the monkeys.Given another day I'd have liked to have made the image more realistic, but it made its point well enough." — Jon Fraze
