regular feature of Telecom Investor and was maintained after editorial
Grahame Lynch left to pursue his own business ventures, and after Telecom
Investor was absorbed into America's Network.
This maintained a look common to all the columns and regular pages of
the Telecom Investor section, to be easily identifiable to the
reader. The green bar bleeding at the top was part of the color-coded
tabbing strategy imposed by Advanstar's editorial review board, but which
