"This is a
redesign of the column style for America's Network, which was revised
again after a few issues. In this version I was using a ghosted background
image unique to each of our columnists: in this case a ghosted image of
the US Capitol building for Shira Levine's legal and lawmaking report
from Washington D.C. (somewhat difficult to see in this low-resolution
jpeg). I believe this plan was abandoned in favor of even more unified
