merely as a cover illustration for a feature which reported the results
of a survey in America's Network magazine which attempted to pick
the industry's most popular companies, trends, etc. The feature was a
success inasmuch as the featured companies felt it was worth touting the
recognition, and the logo became used in promotional materials. It even
