"This was the lead illustration
for a story in which Arielle Emmet described her roaming test of PCS cellular
reception. The story was written in a fairly informal voice, so we decided
to use a light, humorous illustration to lead it off. The photo was our
magazine headshot used for her columns, superimposed using Photoshop into
a cartoon illustration of a car. Colors were added in Photoshop, as well." —Jon Fraze |
